By accessing or using Apollo.ml, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. You must be at least 21 years old to use Apollo.ml.
2. Information and decision-support only
Apollo.ml is a sports information and decision-support platform. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not facilitate gambling. All projections, model edges, expected-value figures, and AI analysis are estimates for informational purposes only and are never a guarantee of any outcome.
3. No guarantees
Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. Nothing on Apollo.ml should be interpreted as a promise of winnings or a recommendation to place any specific wager. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
4. Accounts and membership
Some features require a paid membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your dashboard.

You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute Apollo.ml data without written permission, and not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Apollo.ml after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
